MY HQ
We provide tools, like a personal fund so you can memorialize or honor the life of loved your own way. Once you have created your Honor or Memorial page, log in to your My HQ (for the Honor Fund, click here or for the Memorial Fund click here) to:
- Customize your page. Share a picture of the person the page is in memory or honor of, share stories and let potential donors know why you want them to donate to the American Liver Foundation in honor or memorial of your loved one.
- View sample donation and thank you emails.
- Import contacts & send emails asking family, friends, and colleagues to donate to the American Liver Foundation in support of your loved one.
- Share on your Facebook page a link to your page for followers to make donations.
Matching Gifts
Many companies match the gifts of their employees and/or retirees. Please check to see if your company matches gifts by contacting the Human Resources or Payroll Department. Completed matching gift forms* can be mailed to our office.

Take advantage of the donation tracking form linked below to keep a log of all of the offline donations you have received. Then turn in your donations* to the American Liver Foundation office or at the event.
